Overall good experience but will choose other places for a next stay

Room is really nice and spacious, the staff are polite and helpful.

I was disappointed by the lack of waterpark or even the size of the pool. When it's crowded the pool become useless. Kids playground are good for 1 day, beyond that the stay becomes boring. I'm also disappointed by the open buffet, food was not bad but buffet is small and limited. Also the soft drinks included in the open buffet formula were not put on disposal, it felt like we have to beg to get water or drink (although we paid the full price of it). Please work on that, as it gives bad feeling.

We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back.

The staff did an excellent customer service especially the 2 Filipinos from the restaurant during dinner, Tedy and Kim. We had concerns with our room but they upgraded us.

More food options specifically Asian foods. Some room issues but immediately resolved.

The receptionist especially was very kind

Almost all of the hotels i visited have toothbrush and toothpaste, sometimes people tend to forget basic amenities, for the money i paid at least this should have been provided, the balcony window they have put screw and made it impossible to open

It was a rather disappointing pre-valentine celebration.

The views were very beautiful. Especially sunset on the beach. The Thai restaurant set up and outside dining was absolutely beautiful and romantic. Their food was also of excellent quality.

I did not enjoy shower facilities (cold shower on a winters night) and the manner in which the manager dealt with this issue. All we received was a very delayed and unsincere apology and an ' IF WE WANTED ' to change rooms. We did get another room but highly down graded from the our original one.

Did not enjoy it. We were hoping to relax in a 5 star hotel, really disappointing.

We originally booked a club room and it was not up to our expectations that we were used to for a 5 star hotel. The girl Anu was very helpful and then changed the room to a better room.

Everything in the room from the TV remotes, kettle, coffee machine and iron were not working, had to call to have these rectified. The phone line was not letting us do external calls, called the reception 3/4 times and they kept on saying well get somebody up to you within 2/3 minutes and nobody came. Eventually 40 minutes later after speaking to a manager, it got sorted. The decoration was very basic. The beach and the swimming pool section, needs to be a lot more glamorous. The money we spent was not worth it.

Very disappointed with my stay here. Pay a bit more and stay at the fairmont for a piece of mind.

The pool and beach.

Nearly everything. The room was not clean at all and definitely does not meet a 5* hotel standard. Instead of replacing bath robes (which I put on the floor so that it can be replaced) they just hang the same one. Service was very slow too, anything you ask for will take 20-30 minutes. Windows are so dirty probably never cleaned before.

Peaceful location.

Peaceful location. Private beach. Not very long, but sufficient. Complimentary water was great. We celebrated a special occasion and the hotel provided us with a surprise cake!! Free ride to Sahara Center mall was good and 1-hour ride to Dubai mall (40 AED). Several nice food outlets near the hotel. I recommend Bali AlLaila Arabic restaurant.

Pool water was lukewarm. Sea water was cold and the there was heavy wind on few days so it was chilly on some days outside.

Very good place to stay within your reach

I received complimentary upgrade at check-in. The receptionist "Danish" was the only one on duties late night and was very efficient. The room was large with balcony view sea view. The room has all amenities. Breakfast buffet was really good. The Gym is very advance and swimming pool is really good

Great Place to spend time with family. Very peaceful and relaxing. Sea is amazing.

The beach of the Hotel is amazing. You should book a room with Sea view. It worth it.

The taxi driver who took us from the Hotel after checking out was not reliable. I gave 50AED, he said I gave 5AED after some time..had to sort this out with him, it took my time.. so be careful with these.

I liked it! Great location, nice beach, kitchen in the restaurant. The decoration of the hotel for Christmas is just great, everything is very beautiful. Maid service during the stay is excellent. Special thanks to our maid Gambir. I would like to ask the hotel management to acknowledge his services. The reception area staff deserves respect, very friendly and helpful staff. Accommodation in the beach area is great, just enough.

Did not like the behavior of the staff when checking in. An employee named Elvira twice in a row offered a room that did not match the reservation. Because of this, I spent a lot of time when checking in. The issue was resolved only after the senior accommodation Manager had to be invited.
